Steelers signed ex -Giants/Raiders S/CB Curtis Riley

Looks like a nice pick up who could actually make some noise. Also his STs play could be what helps him to stick.

Thanks for the find slash

He was an undrafted FA who managed to stick on a good Titans defense. He started off at CB and injury had him moving to FS. He competed with a lot of options and managed to become the Giants starting FS. Decent special teams option, could very well kick Dangerfield off the roster.

you had me at FS depth, we were literally with zero depth at that spot, getting a player with starting experience is great. Read he has good hands but lacks tackling, hope he improves that aspect to help in ST too

Cooch will say Riley ran closer to 4.55 and was more like 5'11, 189 pounds. also the vertical was 38, even with a broad jump of 10'8". Short shuttle was 4.25 and three cone was 6.73, to Cooch's naked eye as he grabbed beer at the bar.

Good to be able to pick up an extra piece for the season. This defense should be stacked.

Now its all about staying healthy, both physically and playing keep away from the Rona.

He has spinners on his Datsun B210 a true legend.............

Good athlete.. will prob make the team because he's the best backup FS we have. Not a strong tackler.. but has started some games and has a few picks. I'll take it
