Would have loved the Steelers to grab Cam Phillips, but the Panthers picked him up 5 days ago.
Eli Rogers was a better receiver for DC. This is a head scratcher for me. Another Z receiver only option who can return punts. At least Cam would have been an X that was slot capable...
