eithier cam extension or AP, hopefully not Clowney

They would have less than zero interest in AP. Maybe less on Clowney and I don't know what under 4 million does for resign of Heyward. but interesting. We will see. hopefully they didn't remortgage for ***** and giggles.

Part of it I think is the Steelers like to keep what 3 mil or so cash in case needed? And with the PS being bigger what does that take up 2 mil? So that is almost a wash if you think about it...

Honestly, I still don't see how they can sign anyone. At least that $4M can pay down the $23M to get under the cap next year.

Highly doubt Yo Adrian or "Gearge" Clowney....... Neither would make sense and take to much valuable cap space.

I think like others have said, it's insurance money for season or next year's cap.

ALSO take note at how ACTIVE the STEELERS have been these last couple seasons. Bringing in high profile, trading up, restructures................... ALL a part of the Craptolgist's job of keeping best team with cap vs player movement vs retirement vs waived well you get my drift. I'm not 100% sure but isn't Kahn our main cap support engineer ? Kudo's to him and all involved.

I'm sure him and his team is working on all scenarios of next year's CAP issues.
