The Pittsburgh Steelers' offseason started quickly when former head coach Mike Tomlin announced he was stepping away after nearly two decades less than 24 hours after their Wild Card Round playoff loss. While the Steelers are deep into a coaching search currently, they may benefit from looking for help in another department that would improve the team ahead of the 2026 season. The Steelers clearly lacked a reliable second wide receiver to take attention away from DK Metcalf in 2025. While the team does need a replacement for Tomlin, finding a WR2 should be on the list when it comes to needs entering the 2026 season.
