Just do it. Every day that he is on our roster is another day that I fear Tomlin may keep him.
 
Read that they might be open to bringing him back at a cheaper price. I am guessing in a backup role.
 
No surprise there. That was a must to sign Bell and the rookies. Now, it will get interesting. More restructuring or dominos must fall in order to sign any free agents. Signing Timmons, if he passes the physical, is probably a must. He instantly is better than most, if not all, of our ILB's.

I dont het that at all. Hes ****** at 6 million hes ****** at 2 million. His game no longer fits into the league. Frankly I always thought tge FS should be a playmaker snd the SS a hitter. I never understood why he was there.

NO NO NO!!! Send his *** out of town and don't bring him back. I NEVER understood the fascination with Mitchell. At his best here, he was barely passable, and that was quite a while ago. He has SUCKED for a few years. Good riddance!
 
They want to bring him back. I hope it's at the vet minimum with the assumption he will be the backup to someone.
 
The old vet minimum. Literally no one goes from starter to vet minimum. A few guys do that to try to get a ring as a situational player. Truth is I dont want him back for 15 dollars a year. He has been steady Ok at times. He has Less than six interceptions in his time here I think. That is ****** laughable. You could get that by just being on the field(tipped balls and overthrows do happen). And that ****** bullshit he pulled last year was embarrassing. How about no. Dont bring his sorry *** back at all.

Hey, NO WORRIES as if you read the last lines of the story,...............the STEELERS are willing to bring back both Wilcox and Mitchell on a cheaper basis........................ OUR biggest fear..........Mitchell excepts Vet minimum and makes roster.

I don't dislike Mitchell as everybody else here does. He was a good free agent signing who was very serviceable for a couple years but his play declined with age. I wsa also a massive fan of his anti Goodell rant this season. He's this year's popular fan whipping boy and convenient target. Timmons left so somebody had to get the title this year I guess. There always has to be one. Guys get older and their play falls off, it's no reason to shower hate on them IMO.
