The Pittsburgh Steelers are going through a ton of change to kick off the 2026 offseason. Mike Tomlin stepping down means nearly an all-new coaching staff is going to be brought in to run the franchise, which is something many within the fan base has been asking for for a few years now. It is finally happening, and all eyes are on the organization's first coaching search in nearly 20 years. Building a strong coaching staff is important, but this is also going to be a critical offseason when it comes to the roster. The roster clearly wasn't good enough the last few seasons, and that needs to change.
