By Brandon Wallace SteelerNation.com PITTSBURGH, PA – Friday, the Pittsburgh Steelers stated that they would prefer to send all-pro wideout Antonio Brown to an NFC team for “competitive” reasons. They have also ruled out the New England Patriots and all AFC North rivals (Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, & Cleveland Browns) as candidates to receive Brown […]

You got people like Ed Bouchette saying they should trade him for anything, even if it is a sixth or seventh rd pick just to get rid of him. Good thing he is just a writer.

He just hates AB.

Steelers are gonna get a 1st or a 2nd and 4/5th. Mark my words.

Who’s negotiating this possible trade? Rule out no team. Always hear offers. Some teams are dumb.

If Cleveland offers their 1st and 2nd and the next best offer is a 1st after the Browns trade the diva to Cleveland.

True, i wouldn't trade him to Cleveland, but i would use them to drive the price up.

you people are nuts...we will be lucky to get a 7th rounder.......

You do realize we are talking about Mr. Big Checks and not Ben Roethlisberger..........right????

Salute the nation

Ed Bouchette is a joke. A sixth or seventh pick for the best receiver in the game.

He has said it numerous times on his Q @ A. They were asking him why is he taking this personal with AB.

it had better be a hell of a player...preferable a CB

I've already said I want WJIII out of cincy plus their 1st rounder....not that we will get that

**** that. the thought of antonio brown in a bengal uniform makes me want to gag. stop acting like william jackson is the next champ bailey or some ****, because he isn't. he's decent, but if THAT is the player the Steelers get in return (along with a pick), i'm driving up to pittsburgh to kick colbert square in the ***

Ed is a dork but he has a HoF vote and is a Steeler advocate...

This is a very weak class of WR free agents and i don't think the draft class at WR is that great either. All it takes is 1 team to think WR is the last key to the puzzle or a coach or GM on the hot seat and the steelers get a 1st rounder.

I think Amari Cooper could help the steelers too. Look at how much he changed the Cowboys offense. A team with a young QB could give a 1st rounder to get him a weapon.

When the Bears gave Mack all that money, it started the clock ticking. They have a small window while Trubisky is on his rookie deal. They may only have 2 years before they will have to give him over 100 Million and along with Mack, that's going to drain their cap fast.

The Steelers way should tell us what they will do after AB is gone, go for a vet presence in free agency to guide the young WRs on the team, and I'd be fine with that. Juju still is a kid, Washington is raw and just invested a 2nd round on him, we need an established WR (not necessarily a top FA but a 2nd tier)to partner up with Juju and teach Washington.

That also frees a draft pick to use in other positions of need, I'd really like a 3rd/4th round TE to groom behind McDonald and give another big target to Ben

The should do both draft a WR and bring one in. Hunter is just taking up space anyways...

The way I read Colbert he would of course look to trade AB to a non competitor, but if a Ravens or Pat's comes in with a substantially better offer you have to take it. This isn't just for next year or the next two. This is part of rebuild.
