The Steelers and the league, in general, is erring on the side of caution with concussions. I seriously doubt either of them play. JuJu was knocked out from what I heard and Johnson had blood coming from his ear. It would not surprise me in the least if neither play in the Bunghole game.

I think the extra 3 days will give at least one of them a chance to be back for Sunday.

I'd be shocked if either of them play as well. It depends on the degree of injury. I think they should be symptom free. Each time you get your bell rung normally makes it easier to happen again.

You see it in fighters prominently. The MMA guys really stand out. Guys who at one time had an iron chin will now drop when the wind blows.

The good thing is they're both young.

Having those extra days by playing on Thursday to recover can help. More importantly for us, we need to be able to run the football Sunday. If we can't run the ball we are looking at another week of anemic offense.

If Juju, Johnson and Conner are all out, The Bungholes might get their first W. That is really bad. It will be almost impossible to do anything on offense. No run game and Washington is your bell cow receiver. When playing a professional team there are limits on everything in terms of missing players and still being successful.

I don't see any way D.Johnson plays.Geez this guy had blood coming from his ear. No way he's playing, nor JuJu or Connor. So that leaves us with James Washington, Johnny Holton and Tevin Jones. Expect to see lots of Jaylan Samuals, and the two TE's.

My question to Tomlin and Colbert would be, why not bring in Dez,Eli,Pryor and see what they have left.At least for the season sign one of these guys. Also, since the running game stinks, why not bring in Adai and CJ Anderson to see if if one could help. Nothing to lose by having a morning of auditions.
