Spillane and Feiler is today decision day?

Announced Feiler starts at LG. Not sure about that at all.

I'd rather have Feiler backup unless he starting at RT...

He'd be able to back up the whole line (minus Center) and could come in as the extra T

Dotson was our best linemen the last couple weeks, sitting would be stupid, Feiler can't move DTs like Dotson

I don't like either move. They haven't played in how many weeks, and you're going to throw them in the starting line up in a playoff game?

I can understand giving them some snaps, but starting? And Fieler is A HORRIBLE guard. He can't pull at all, doesn't have the speed or footwork for it.

The impression I got from Tomlin comments was that it will be Spillane and Vince starting. Williamson will get snaps.

That is the perfect rotation. Love all 3 of those guys!!! Spillane is a playmaker, Vince is disruptive, and AW is a tackle machine!! 14 tackles in a game? When was the last time we saw that from a LB? Feels like it's been a while. Shazier probabbly.

Spillane is a good defensive general. Glad to see he’s back. This should and I mean should improve the run defense some. Stopping the run game of Chubb and Hunt will require the use of all 3 (Spillane, Bince and Williamson). I would like to see several Spillane/Williamson combos on the field.
I am disappointed but not surprised to see Feiler get the nod over Dotson. Feiler should be on a short leash if he struggles.

In other words you want Feiler at RT?

That wold be my vote. On Dotson, he playing well for a rookie vs the pass, but doesn't offer much as a run blocker.

Spliane offered more than Bush if you use the last games they each started as an example. Next year they will both start, and Williams, as much I i like him will be a cap casualty.
