some help on jersey size

Anyone out there that has a Nike Steeler jersey, can you tell is a large same as when the jersey was made by Reebok? Want to get Christmas gift for son. Just want to make sure jersey fits the same or need to go to xl. Thanks to all for any help. Was one heck of a game Sunday and was glad we went, had a great time afterwards at strip enjoying a few celebration beers.

When in doubt go bigger, its a jersey! Doubly true if your son is still growing . . .

I would get one size larger than normal. The Nike jerseys are made a lot different. Not as much room in the chest area.

The true actual game jerseys are super tight. Holy cow! Lol. I'd say go an XL

If you ever get a ladies jersey from the Steelers online store, get one size larger too. They are cut small. I got a #86 a couple years ago for Mrs. Burgundy and ordered a medium which is her usual size but when I opened it up I said there's no way this is gonna fit so I sent it back for a large.

The women sizes are a JOKE .. they are made for the models not for normal women ....
