I think Soft Hands Mitch and his wife Elaine Chao were very helpful to special interests for both her family business and his need to bring cash/jobs to Kentucky. Mitch mastered the tobacco payouts to benefit his constituents for over a generation, while assisting the tobacco companies move into processed foods. Among other things.
