If anyone got totally screwed it was Ben. Never charged but suspended 6 games even though it was reduced to 4 still bullshit. The Rooney's should have been behind him on that.

Brady has set the precedent, now watch the flood gates open.

I'm sure Rooney said something behind closed doors. That's probably why Goofdell had it out for the Steelers

Wasn't it Ben "lifting a finger" that got him in trouble in the first place? Not sure you want old man Ronney going there too...
 
Im ready for this. This might be more entertaining than the whole season. Come on Nola, file your suit. Im ready for all fined players and coaches to stand up.
 
I am as angry as everyone else about what is going on in the NFL but looking back I don't blame the Rooney's for the Ben Fiasco .. He was getting too big for his britches and this reigned him in .... NO he did not deserve to be suspended -- but I think it taught him a valuable lesson

NOW as for James .. I think his fines were UNCALLED For -- the only reason they came down hard on him was because MOST of these fines were after the Steelers refused to sign the CB agreement. I hope the statue of limitations is not up and he can make some waves .. and from what I have see there are other players that are looking at this too ..
