This is a load of ****, these types of "well, they know the rules better" bullshit is classless crap. You know what else is a rule? Maximum fine for a personal foul that is NOT between the whistles. How about the Steelers pickup a scrb off the street next time they play this classless bunch of cunts, and let him kneecap brady as he's breaking the huddle. Hey, we'll take the fine ref, it's all cool, right? ****, ban that player for life, that's fine too, we planned to cut him at halftime". Wonder how that would go over, would we be "geniuses" for finding a **** loophole that lets you take out the other teams qb, and cut the nobody that did it the next week? I think not.

The Steelers defense looked lost as hell last night, but we make those two FG's, and we're in that game right down to the wire. People want to say this or that doesn't affect the outcome of a game, well, that game was close enough that the radio bullshit alone could have turned the tide. I get it, they don't care what that **** owner and HC do to win, as long as they win, doesn't mean I have to like it.

How about we just score TD's instead of FG's. Until we do that the Pats**** will always kick our ***.

If we see the pats in the playoffs, I like our chances. I liked our chances last night and I still like them today. We beat ourselves more than the pats beat us. It was more of our defense being bad than it was brady being great. I could have made those passes to gronk, he was wide the hell open. Our defense will improve as the season goes on. We were missing the best running back in the league and a very good WR. We will have those pieces if we meet again in the playoffs.
But lets make sure the game is played on fair ground in Heinz field.

It's not like those pricks were lighting up the scoreboard either. As a matter of fact, compared to the recent *** beatings this defense has taken other years from Brady and company, last night's wasn't too bad.

True, red zone offense sucked again.

Not to mention, last night was set up perfectly for patriots to light the steelers up. Big stage, revenge for almost being caught cheating, in New England, headset malfunctions. Yet, we only lose by a TD.

The play action was horrific. They totally fooled the defense, but the route put Heath right into coverage. If you are going to do that type of thing it has to be to an end eligible or TE going toward the sideline. At the one, you run. Period. Three times. They were not getting stopped in the backfield.

Unfortunately with our brutally tough schedule (what we get for winning the division hosting a playoff home game and losing to our division rivals -- ouch) if we do see these cheatriots or the bellicheats in the playoffs it will be in icy frigid gilette stadium and not in Heinz field. Brady is a surgeon and he dinked and dunked us with completions then finished us off with their RZ proficiency. Gronk is Gronk and he is a load to handle. Until our OC puts Ben in goal line situations that produce TDs instead of FGS and where they don;t take the ball out of Ben's hands and let him dictate our success in the RZ our success in the RZ will stink. Also, a lot of people on this board I for one have always stated that our FO has needed to bring in a big athletic TE that we can utilize in the RZ, someone we can flank out and get mismatches ala the cheatriots do with Gronk and Hernandez when he was still playing. Also our playcalling in the RZ is almost downright abyssmal compared to the route combinations and simplicity NE uses. I think we can beat this team at full strenght in the playoffs even at Gilette but it will take a total collective team effort from BB, Oline, Dline offense and defense and special teams to make that a reality. We left about 14-17 points on the field last night and we ddint capitalize on Dion Lewis' fumble at the goal line which later turned into Gronks hat trick TD. Optimism continues....hopefully this team builds on the positives and leaves Heinz Field 1:1 in about 10 days from now.

Would look much better with Bell and Bryant on the field. DeAngelo Williams had a great game, but Bell is in a league all by himself in terms of splitting out wide and running routes.
