Shocking, but it appears Golson is hurt again

Part of my frustration is that 3 DBS we drafted, for which I had high hopes, Golson, Grant and Holliman, have gotten us nothing. It was, to me, clearly, an attempt to get people who could create turnovers.

Not mad either way but when it becomes a financial (more than peanuts) decision and he's not on the field,..............CUT. With these injuries and time off I wonder if it's still counting against his rookie contract, both time and money????

There isn't a 75man cut down anymore. They figure it to give team commanders more evaluation time and Golson will benefit from that. See where he is and make a decision because by final cut we will know if he can CUT it or not.

Salute the nation

Let him get healthy and see if he can play.

You're kidding, right?

I mean, sure. He can stay up until the 1st cut date. Whatever but let's not kid ourselves that this guy can survive ONE game. Seriously.

That is gold right there.

considering that he, seemingly, had no issues playing week in and week out for 3 or 4 years in college, surviving actual games doesn't seem to be a problem. As Andrew says, **** luck.

Is Golsons latest injury considered serious and how has he looked so far?

No official news on the hamstring, but it doesn’t appear to be serious. He was looking good and playing mostly all on the outside. He was making some plays as well. Im sure he’ll be back soon, but hamstrings can be tricky

Fak, there goes the super bowel plans.

I mean it really sucks for him. I'm sure draft day was a dream come true. And what kind of epic **** luck has the kid had that he can't even get on a practice field.

A lisfranc? I mean Fuuuuuck. That's just ******' mean. That **** hurts and there's nothing in the world you can do about it. And that was his SECOND year. I do. I feel badly for him. But what are you going to do? What really makes me sad is that I was one of those guys who was DESPERATE for him to be a standout player.

And it turned out he's had to be a sit down player. I do feel badly for him. At least he's been paid. I expect it's more than I get paid so there's that.

I think Sandusky said the same thing.

Yeah that Lisfranc injury hurts but it's nothing compared an Annefrank. That one is bad news.

They are saying both Conner and Golson are minor. But Conner will be back at end of week. Hamstring takes longer. Pretty much sinks Golson.
