So, I got the email today that my number came up. Upper end zones with no PSL. 10 years ago, I would have jumped at this. Now I’m trying to decide.

Man if you can handle the cost that is pretty special. The ones you don't use you can always sell off....................

You can always sell them until you have them. Then everyone is busy. That’s what I’m afraid of. Especially being 3 hours away.

Out of curiosity, what would the cost of this be per ticket? And what is the PSL,I am assuming it is better to have the PSL.

The ones available are $760 per ticket for the season. No seat licenses on these but I think seat licenses are $1,250 each.

Thanks Buster. What exactly do the seat license do? Does that mean they are yours for as long as you want them?

Seat license gives you the right to transfer (sell) the right to the tickets when you don’t want them anymore rather than giving them back to the Steelers.

These would still be mine indefinitely, but if I decide I don’t want them, they go back to the team.

A lot of years ago, even though I live near 2000mile away, I was on that list. My name never did come up and eventually I got off the list as I knew I'd never go for it. Up until about 8-10 years ago I would have with out a doubt but due to how the NFL has evolved, it's not worth it to me at all. I would have made 4 of the 8 and sold the other 4. Today, like Buster says....................no one wants the expense of the travel for the PRODUCT they receive. The value just isn't there due to high cost greed.

Without the cost of the PSL, I could try it for a year and give them up if it’s too much hassle.

I will say this not everyone here has the same economic background so I get it. But for comparison I'm refing adult rec touch football all summer 3-4 games a week to go to one game in San Francisco. Airfare $400 (steal), shared Condo $320 (fair), rental car $100 (fair), college ticket $100 (fair), NFL ticket looks to be about $350+ (rape). So I'm at about 1200 before food and booze for one ****** game. If you have the means to pay $760 dollars let's say $1520 if you have a significant other, and you do not buy them. You really are not that big of a fan.

I have season tickets. I don't like a lot of what the NFL is doing and the overall price increase and pain it is to go to an NFL, but it's still by far my favorite thing to do. For me there's nothing like being in the stadium on a Sunday afternoon.

So they were going to play Oakland v. Green Bay 3rd preseason game in Regina. Deal fell through apparently the Riders vetoed it because they had a home game two days later and converting the field would be tough so they moved to Winnipeg. I read they have only sold 11k in tickets because apparently many if not most of the tickets are 300 each and almost all are 250 plus. Like **** c'mon. Its preseason.

PSLs just mean you have to pay a ton of money to stay in the same seats.

Sounds like they're giving you a 1 year lease. Doesn't mean you'll get them the next year, but at least you don't have to dump money on PSLs.

No. Endzone seats don't have PSL. I have no PSL.

Get them Buster. Try to get aisle seats if they give you an option. I can help you sell them a lot of the time. Especially at face value.

if it isn't "Mr West Coast Rock Star" again. That **** you're smoking must be awesome. "You really are not that big of a fan". Well, well. Aren't you just really something special.

I'd be a pass at the 500 levels. 100/200 for me if my number ever gets called. $760 is dirt cheap when you consider buying tickets on StubHub, etc with all the bullshit fees they charge. Could be a good way into the stadium at a much lower cost than buying single game tix off a resale site.

I love legal weed. So much better than booze. A buddy put it best. Never punched anyone in the face when I was high on weed. If you are upper middle income, you have disposable income. You aren't having to feed your kids Kraft Dinner and hot dogs at the end of the month and you spend as much time thinking about the Steelers as most of us here. But you dont want to pay $760 to go to all 8 home games plus a playoff ticket option. Yeah you really aren't that big of a fan.

You'll be dead before you get picked for lowers.

PSLs pretty much just give you the ability to transfer your tickets. If you don't have a PSL, you'll still have the ability to purchase your same seats every season.

If they can't or won't pull your ability to purchase season tickets then your PSL is just a stock. You hope it goes up in value and you make cash. Otherwise you would be just as good or better off without one.
