I wonder why they would deny a request in light of them being the one offering a refund.

It might simply be a paperwork thing to ensure the form was properly filled out.

Yeah pretty hard to believe they would allow one person a refund and deny another. I think it might be like legal ease. We have the right to not allow you.

I thought I'd read that if you cancelled / cashed back this season's tickets it wouldn't effect your ticket status for next year. They also said you could apply the money to next year's ticket. Myself I'd take the cash back as I'm not sure where the NFL is headed and the cost may skyrocket to even more un-affordable. To many iffies involved so take the money and save it until next to decide.

I have no stake in this but would like steak on the BBQ.
