Say it ain't so Peyton.. I don't remember this at all do you guys??

1. He did not NAME her in the book. She filed suit, which then placed the name with that whom was described.
2. She had filed numerous sexual allegations while at UT.

She has filed sexual harassment claims since leaving UT as well. She sort of has a pattern of doing this. I would posit that any harm done to her professional reputation she did to her self. You can only cry wolf so many times before potential employers start to shy away from you.

1.People figured out who she was from his descriptions, hence the documents showing up at her workplace.
2. She filed one sexual harassment complaint which included numerous examples of harassment, of which the Manning incident was one.

1. I had no idea who she was and I'm a Vols fan.
2. She's filed numerous.

Trending on Twitter are reports that Peyton's junk is not nearly as big as his forehead. Whose junk is, really?

she does have a bit of a rack on her.

just retire

Colin Cowherd is a prattling blowhard in love with the sound of his own voice. No one is the same person at 38 or 40 as they were at 19-20.

nevre said anyone was. just saying what Collin stated numerous times...

Get mannings dick out of your mouth and lighten up

This is starting to swell. Whether you're with him, or against him, whether you believe him, or you don't, when groups start to rise up, threaten sponsorships and ask the media to sever ties with a player, it typically doesn't end well.

Women's group urges sponsors to suspend ties to Peyton Manning

A national women's rights group is calling for prominent companies including Papa John's and Nationwide to suspend their relationships with Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, after allegations of a sexual assault against him from 20 years ago resurfaced.

"When institutions like the University of Tennessee tacitly condone violence against women by ignoring cases of sexual assault by student-athletes, it perpetuates a dangerous culture of violence that ultimately hurts women everywhere," Nita Chaudhary, co-founder of UltraViolet, said in a release.

"Nationwide Insurance and Papa John's Pizza must show their customers that they will never stand for sexual violence -- and suspend their relationships with Manning pending further investigation."

Two things that stick with me the most on this.

1. Peyton and Naughright settled out of court. He had the chance to walk away. Like any smart man accused of sexual assault (guilty or not), he had a chance to separate without further incident, from the accusations. Despite the agreement, Peyton has brought the incident up multiple times since, including in his book. This is a clear sign of a smear attempt, or an attempt to discredit her. No other way to put it. Why does Peyton keep bringing it up - after settling?

2. The redacted pages. This is the piece that leaves me most curious. We know about the naked butt/rectum incident. What we don't know about is the incident that happened in his freshman year.

There was a 74 page document filed by Naughrights lawyers in the defamation law suit. This is the document that Shaun King tried to chronologically dissect.

The 74-page document is a piece of advocacy. The 74-page document is something that was written by the lawyers representing Jamie Ann Naughright in her defamation case against the Mannings. The 74-page document is, necessarily, one-sided.

The 74-page document is not objective. The 74-page document is not supposed to be objective. The 74-page document is not a court order or any other decision made by a neutral party. And, ultimately, the 74-page document is incomplete without comparing it to the corresponding “Facts of the Case” document submitted by the defendants in the case.

There’s another very important, and intriguing, way in which the 74-page document is incomplete. While it contains testimony and allegations about the “naked butt and rectum” escapade, Naughright’s lawyers redacted when filing the 74-page document large chunks of information regarding an earlier alleged incident from 1994. At page 10 of the 74-page document, the lawyers for Naughright explain that, because Peyton Manning’s lawyers had asked that “certain exhibits and deposition testimony relating to this 1994 incident be designated as part of the ‘confidential record’ and not publicly be revealed,” the information absent from the public document was filed “under seal,” meaning that only the presiding judge and the judge’s staff could see it.

This means that the information about the 1994 incident was in some way more sensitive than the 1996 “naked butt and rectum” incident, which was detailed in the 74-page document, without redaction.
Common sense suggests that this means the other incident possibly was more graphic and/or inflammatory and/or offensive and/or problematic for Peyton than the “naked butt and rectum” incident from two years later.

Never heard of this UltraViolet outfit. Sounds like somebody is piling on to get their name out.

That is some funny ****!

Much karma deserved for Stain...

I liked this cause I'm not too keen on Manning getting props over Ben. I remember reading the article back in 2003. But reading the whole cover up in depth. Its just hard to choose a side. I found myself sympathizing with the woman. But why bring it out again? Must be a way to get $$$

If Carolina wins the SB this doesn't even come up, it's as simple as that.
