No doubt. Not even close. First time I honestly feel if God forbid something happens to Ben I wouldn't stop watching. Please don't let anything happen to Ben.

It's not even close. This kid has IT and it shouldn't even be a question.

I dont think it is in question. You can really tell by the body language on Dobbs and Rudolph. They know. Rudolph has missed some passes and he isn't a runner, but his pocket awareness and accuracy and not making bad decisions really stand out.

Rudolph is the clear No. 2 and should probably be penciled in to be the starter when Ben retires. He has shown very good improvement from year 1 to 2. He'll improve even more if he ever gets the starter reps.

He's done exactly what he needed to do this year, and that was to demonstrate that he was, in fact, a R1 graded talent that was worth trading up in R3 to take.

That IT factor is shown in Rudolph's body language, and the other players body language when he is in the huddle. He commands the huddle and the players around him trust him and you can see they'll follow his lead, and part of that is his hunger which we saw the day he was drafted. Fiery competiveness, confidence in his abilities, and his belief that he can be a talented NFL QB because he doesn't doubt himself (this has been confused for cockiness, but I don't believe it goes that far)

Same thought I had while watching last night. Season might not be over if Ben went down god forbid. And that is the fist time we can say that in a LONG time....

No suprise here. Congrats to Rudolph, looks ready to take that next step.

I'll wait on Rudolph just like I'm waiting on Snell. Rudolph looks good but it's preseason and he has yet to take a real NFL snap. Throwing and catching is easy when you have a clean pocket and can pick your targets. He may be Ben II but he doesn't have near the arm strength Ben does. Ben is just in another class right now.

Dobbs is the one that let the opportunity pass by him. He had the 1st team offense early in pre-season and didn't do anything with it. I hate his skill set. It's Kordell all over again. Qbs have too much stuff to process that running is always going to be the easy way out. They stop thinking and start running. Why teams still draft these guys is beyond me.
