Sure glad rookie signings are now no Longer dramatic. Everything is slotted so agents can’t dictate ridiculous ideas to rookies heads….so much better than the “rookie holdout“ days.

How the hell it took so long for the players union to put a stop to unproven rookies making more than seasoned vets is beyond me.

Yeah the days of a rookie getting huge contracts without performing on the field is over. At least to the ridiculous degree of times past.

He had some play style concerns too. He was a great gamble, but the reality is him making the roster is still a moderate long shot..
They kept ten guys last year at db… 5 cb and 5 s

With sutton and Edwards leaving via UFA and Maulet just getting cut, thats three open spots
They added Peterson, Sullivan and Neal…then drafted JPJ…
His best path forward is beating Norwood or Sullivan out for a slot spot and if Pierre displaces Witherspoon on the depth chart, which would almost certainly lead to Witherspoon being cut or traded… the other is injury related… I really don’t know if they cut killibrew because of his special teams value… the reality is that he is most likely a PS guy unless he shows a ton…
