Heresy, I know.....but I find myself strangely rooting for the Rags. As Confluence is fond of saying "Anyone but the evil Habs."

They seem like a team with some destiny on their side. I know (think?) they were the 2nd seed but did anyone really expect them to go this far? Not exactly a star studded team, but they're handling the pressure well and even though the Habs have shown that Lunqvist is indeed human he continues to excel.

Having said all that I'm not sure either eastern team left could beat either LA or Chicago in a best of 7. Then again this is the SCPO's and stranger things have happened.

Anyone watching the finals? NY seems to have taken a page out of the Pens play book.....whip 'em for 30 or 40 minutes then turtle, give up the lead and eventually lose.

LA is a very resilient team to say the least.Trying to nurse a one goal lead for 14 minutes isn't a winning strategy against them.

I was thinking the same thing last night. We would be bitching up a storm and very disappointed right now being down 2-0, after having two leads evaporated, but then again, expected, as it was the MO of that team.

Nice to see a team not wither under adversity; to have the confidence to play out the entire game and expect to win.

Go Kings!

Cheering against the Rangers so that St. Louis does not get his name on the cup again.

and they go down 0-3

Quick>>>>>>>>>>>>Lundqvist

Rangers luck runs out

Well that series is over. I stopped watching after they blew game 2.

Not happening. LA is too big/physical, their aggressive play wears the rangers out

Yeah, lights out for NY.
Kings are now the prototype for a cup winning NHL team. Big, skilled, top goalie.

I had hope that this would turn into a good series. Oh well. Hard to believe that the Kings started the playoffs down 3-0.

Annnnnnnd it's over - 4th line for the Kings wins another one in 2 OT

Four of the five games were very entertaining, too bad we didn't get one or two more. Already heard the dynasty talk and how players will flock to L.A. and play for a hometown discount for the chance to win championships. We will see..

Nice to see a team win with a tough coach, good defence and good running game.
