Why he is the best coach I have ever seen. He coaches his boys up without all the fancy high definition camera electronics. He is the absolute best at calling a run play. He is so sneaky on mixing up his plays and when they need to pass, by golly, he calls a pass play. I don't know how the Raiders got along with out him. he is so much a workaholic they just couldn't have found a better option.
