Best game as a pro. The defense did what it needed to today. Cause havoc, play fast. Even if you give up a big play like that long TD pass. You can't generate turnovers by playing passive. Much better performance. They lived in the SF backfield for the second quarter.

Defense did a good job today. Excellent pass pressure, dominated the 49ers running game, challenged passes, hit receivers, broke up some passes. A huge improvement from opening day in all respects. Further, the seeming obsession with not giving up one big play and being satisfied with giving up dozens of 10-yard completions and 30 points was ABSENT today, and I absolutely loved it.

His challenge is to bulk up physically and keep the speed and elusiveness that makes his special.

time will tell...but until he gets to that place, we need to expect a game off or three during a long rigorous season that the NFL offers..

I like the back-up combo of Spence and Williams, which should b enough to spell him occasionally.
