By Justin McGonigle www.SteelerNation.com It was an immediate love for SteelerNation and Kevin Dotson. He was drafted by the Steelers and immediately had a room full of Steelers gear. That’s because his father and him had been life long Steelers fans. #Steelers 4th round pick OL Kevin Dotson is a lifelong #Steelers fan. Now he’s […]

Good on Pouncy!!!!!!

Even without the OTAs and limited training camp, Mr BIG Dot has shown emense potential. I like his attitude and his ability, he's a keeper and he has shown he can hold down the fort.

Love it when Steeler fans become Steelers. how great it must feel.

Me too. I remember the video where BJ Finney finds out he was about to become a steeler. Now he is a Bengal. I guess it will be weird for him to be now in the other side.

yeah, i mean, i know they're fans at heart yet professionals now, and they're going to do their job to the best of their ability no matter what team they suit up for, but, what a kick in the nads that must've been for BJ. goes from one of the best teams in the NFC in Seattle, to ******-*** Cincy, a Steeler division rival

If Cincy fixes some things on D in the offseason they will win some things. BJ might not be there by then but that QB is going to be a good one.

To quote Ben, once he gets his hands on you, it's over. I don't see much push in the running game from Dotson, but his pass blocking when he played was solid.

Watch his college film. Dude is a bulldozer in the run game, plus he was getting to the second level very well in our running scheme. The only lineman that made it through the EZ on Conner's goaline TD in his first game as a starter, and was the only reason why that play was a TD.

You don't become a 1st team All American by just being a pass blocker in college.

Dotson impressed that entire game, granted I'm no professional analysist but he impressed me.

I called the Claypool pick, but was wrong about Dotson. I was very skeptical about anything later than a 2 being ready to start in year one. Its just such a complicated position. Glad I was wrong. Kid is a unit.
