Post your sleeper pick here.

WR Marquez North

100% potential pick. You just don't get 6-2, 223lbs, 33.5" arms and 10.25" hands on the 3rd day without a reason. Production. He has been off injured and never really meshed in at Tennessee. This former top 10 receiver prospect decided to leave hoping a change of scenery would help. Well, let's redshirt him like we did Coates and next year when Wheaton is gone we can have some competition at the receiver position. At this point I assume Bryant will never suit up in the NFL again

Which spot? 1st? 2nd? I just struggle to see the Steelers taking a chance on a guy who is questioned for his lack of work ethic and motor, plus off the field issues in the 1st let alone the 2nd. If they do want to take a chance I don't see them even considering Nkemdiche until the 2nd, and even then I think I'd rather have Javon Hargrave honestly.

I think, since they brought him in for a visit, there's interest...

If all the quality is gone at 1.25, at DB - and Billings is gone - the value at DE/DT drops off tremendously after the first two rounds - so, if they can sneak him in at 1.25...then we win with the decision.

IMO, Javon Hargraves, should still be there in the third when we pick.

My sleeper DB: Rashad Robinson, 4th round pick.

There would be no saving face if the Steelers gambled on a character concern player and lost, not after Bryant's suspension.

I wasn't necessarily stating I'd want to take Hargraves with the 2nd round pick but that I'd rather have him as a Steeler as opposed to Nkemdiche.

Lets start with CB. Who's that projected 4th or later round CB that you think is better than the experts are saying?

Deiondre' Hall from Northern Iowa is my guy. Let's check the boxes. Production: 11 ints the last two years and 6 last year. Oh, also had 82 tackles with 5.5 being for a loss and 3 forced fumbles. Oh, and two of those picks he brought back to the house. Size: 6-2 200lbs 9 3/4" banana hands and 34 3/8" long arms. Yes, 34 inch long arms! The dude has the length to cover those tall receivers of the NFL. Workout numbers: 4.68 forty but improved to 4.55 at pro day. Vertical 37". Broad jump 10' 7". 3-cone 7.07. 20 yard shuttle 4.06.

I think that 40 time hurt him and some will say that make him a safety. When I watch his tape he looks like a 4.5 guy. I also think he fits well in the zone scheme.

Every box checked but speed. Some 4.5 guys can hack it, so maybe.

Miles kiliebrew real hard hitter who can cover as well he and Mitchell would mke a great tandom next year

RB Keith Marshall

Speed, size, and at one point was "the next great back" on a team that also had Todd Gurley. Injury held him back and he never regained his prior form. Seemed to lose speed after the injury but if he was slower he's definitely sped back up blazing at the combine. Seems to be a nice fit for zone blocking. I see he's rated 4-5th rounds but feel he might go earlier.

Marshaun Coprich

Reminds me of Ray Rice. Compact muscular build, hides behind his line then sneaks thru, good cut, burst and speed. Off the field issues almost cost him his NFL hopes before they got off the ground but seems to have cleaned up his act.

QB Cody Kessler

Very good accuracy, nice pocket presence, moves feet well in the pocket, goes thru his progressions, awesome stats, three year starter. Bottom line if Kessler was 3 inches taller he's in the Goff, Wentz conversation but he's not. He reminds me of Drew Brees and I feel can manage an offense and move the chains and pick apart a defense like Brees does. Or at very least is a quality NFL backup.

Braxton Miller WR round 2 is a pick I'm feeling. He's in the mold of Ward and others we have taken as WR that were QB's I know I have said I thought cb in round 2 but I now feel we will take a corner in round 1. Miller is my sleeper in round 2 and we will take a safety in round 3 and a NT in round 4. That is what I'm feeling right now. We will see.

Miles Killebrew (SS, S. Utah). 4-5th rounder. Although, he put down a 4.5ish on his pro day so probably not going to last that long. Needs a year or so on special teams and then should be a decent NFL player.

If he falls really far then Leonte Carroo (WR, Rutgers). Yea, I know he was charged for simple assault (domestic?) and is a general dumbass - but that is why he could be a good value pick later. Plus, we lost a WR to general dumbassery so we need to replace the dumb on the team.

when i think sleeper, i think of late round guys, not high picks.

Joel Heath NT/DT Michigan State - 6/7 round. tough guy, high effort and character, not a great athlete

a couple of Penn Staters

Anthony Zettel DE/OLB - he played DT and some DE and PSU. undersized for DT so he would get pushed around sometimes vs the run. would have to slim down a bit for OLB similar to Chicklllo. Very high energy player, trains MMA, good quickness. Did TE drills at PSU pro day. Had 3 INTs dropping in coverage on zone blitzes. When he had chances to shoot a gap or go around the edge, he was effective. Good late round or free agent project.

Jordan Lucas CB/S - 6 ft 201 lbs - He mainly played CB at PSU and was one of the better ones in the Big Ten. Switched to S last year but was injured and missed most of the season. Despite that, he was still invited to the combine which shows that he was regarded as a pro prospect by most NFL teams. Willing tackler but nut a big hitter. Would have a learning curve at S because he still didn't play it that much. Could be a steal in the late rounds as a possible coverage S because Safety isn't all that deep with guys who can cover.

Here's another sleeper pic

her two cone is impressive with a attractive horizontal and vertical

I would have to see her 20 yard dash and how she stacks up under pressure

as she looks to have tight end potential

would draft

Easy pick....

Rip Van Winkle.

A little older than most in the draft, but you cant question his skills. Out of the same Catskills, NY town that brought Mike Tyson, Rip's numbers cant be denied. You only see a sleeper like this once every century if your lucky. His measurable cannot be questioned. Away from the field he does works of charity, and is loved in his community. The only drawback is the loss of Keisel's "shear the beard" charity.

Best sleeper in the draft bar none.

OLB Dadi Nicholas VT

Dadi stats dipped in a big way going from 18.5 tfl and 9 sacks to 7 tfl and 2.5 sacks as a senior. He still seemed to get pressure just couldn't find his way to the QB. Seemed like he struggles with strength and will need to hit the weight room. But is quick off the snap, natural pass rush moves, and good enough speed to turn the corner.

DE Dean Lowry

Smart kid who has good product in the big ten. Nice size at 6-6 296 but does have shorter arms for a 6-6 guy at 31". But looking at production he compares to Joey Bosa this last year. Day 3 guy who reminds me a little of Aaron Smith.

NT Vincent Valentine

True 3-4 NT. Eats up blocks and can handle double teams. If left alone with the center he takes his lunch money and throws him aside. Not much of a pass rusher but that's not his forte he eats up the blocks to allow bothers to make the big play. Again likely late round guy who can be a good situational football player.

ILB Nick Kwiatkoski

Kwiatkoski I feel is a solid second round prospect but he's rated as a 4th. He has awesome production, great feel for the pass defense, and in a weak ILB has better than average workout numbers. I feel he is a poor man's Luke Kuechly.

OL Isaac Seumalo

I think Seumalo has awesome versatility and can pretty much play anywhere on the line. I think he's best suited for the interior and could backup all three spots. He has quick feet, great technician, seems to never be out of place or off balanced. To me he's a perfect zone blocking interior lineman.

OT Fahn Cooper

Everybody knows Jeremy Tunsil but Cooper played well in his place during injuries and suspension. Not the physical specimen Tunsil is but he's 6-4 305lbs with 34.75" arms and big old banana hands at 10". If he wasn't overshadowed by Tunsil I feel he'd have starts at LT and been a solid second or third round pick. But I feel he might slide to round 5-6 according to draft niks so I feel he'd a steal there.

TE Ryan Malleck

Malleck is nothing spectacular in terms of size, speed, production but he does everything well. He sits in soft spots in zone coverage, has good hands, and blocks well. Probably not going to be the next Gronk but a starter who gets the job done I could see. Or a very quality #2 TE.

Don't you have more sleeper picks than the Steelers have total picks!
