What is it like for a team leader like yourself who spent an entire career with one organization to address the younger players in the locker room after frequent organizational changes occur with the head coach or front office personnel. What kind of advice did you try using to hold the team together in those moments.
 
He was one of my favorite OT of the time. Even if he was a Brownie. Ask him if he ever considered leaving the factory of sadness to come shore up our ****** offensive line play at the time. Would have welcomed him with wide open arms!

I expect the usual stock answers but you never know

If he ever considered leaving the Browns in free agency,due to their lack of success.

How discouraging was it to go through the multiple QB’s the Browns went through in his career. And how many different QB’sdid he protect in his career. Must be quite high.

Did he like personally hate the Steelers,Ravens,Bengals...the division rivals. Which one of those teams would he have like to play for?

Most disappointing loss? Best win?

Does he consider going into coaching now that his career is over.

Toughest person to block?

Was James Harrison his favorite player?
