My prediction for the play of the year this fall:

1st and 10 from our own goal line. Play action pass, ben throws and its bated by a defensive lineman right back to ben. He rumbles 105 yards (ala deebo) on a pass he completed to himself for the td!

Refs review the play.

Call comes in from the league office.

Goodell rules that, because Brady defaulted footballs last year, the play is nullified and our opponents are awarded 4 points and the ball.

Weird. That is the exact play I was going to say. Go figure. :)

man I remember reading my 1st time posting after drinking a 5th of vodka

I remember a similar play by Joe Gilliam, after getting the ball he through a long pass that was caught and penalized. I still remember the big grin on his face when he did it.

Joe Gilliam was a favorite player of mine, at the time of his play. So with that said, here is the bigest play of this season. AFCCG game against Jacksonville. Ben rothlesburgher / out with wind knocked out of him, #2 QB broken little toe, amazingly Tomlin dressed a third QB. Joe Gilliam trots out, real slow like. they huddle up on their own 19yrd line. Only 28seconds left on clock, 2nd and inches. Bell had been eating them up on the ground, jumbo set, all indications as a run. Gilbert (tackle elgible) checked in, ball is snapped, OL give Joe lots and lots of time, defense bites on play action up middle. Joe finally gets back (7 step drop turned to twelve), Gilbert finally down field with NO-ONE back. Gilliam heaves it for all is geritol stregnth could muster. Gillbert turns on the afterburners and manages to run under it. A bobble, tip, bobble, tip bobble tip, bobble, tip (25yards 21seconds) worth of this. YES he makes the catch falling over the goal line, exhausted.

I don't think geritol will fix that, we will need a zombie apocalypse. RIP Joe, his demons finally won the battle and he died from a coke over dose.

Direct snap to Archer, who throws a 47 yard TD to Ben. Only 3 of the yards are after the catch.

Isn't this the exact same catch Robin Williams makes in the movie "The Best of Times"?
