One move to come might not be what some expect.

With Tuitt's situation you wonder with all those bodies they kept if he will get short term IR'd. That probably wouldn't be much of a surprise to many. But what might come at a surprise is Banner moved to IR. He was kept behind in the last preseason game which could have been a minor setback occurrence. Moving Moore back to LT might have been a sign of what the FO sees as a possiblity given the set of circumstances presented. If they planned on setting this in motion they would have to roster Banner for him to be able to return in-season which they did. One or both of these scenarios could take place, stay tuned. This would open the door for a T to be brought in and in Tuitt's case you could vet you a CB or S.

Nice post, didn't think about it but makes a lot of sense

Right now we have the 5 slated starters, haeg, hassenaur, and say banner. That's 8 total. I think this is a lie number of o lineman, especially with banner afu. Don't we usually keep more? I think you're right that they bring in another o lineman. Regarding tuitt, I think they feel ok with the depth behind him.

I'll be curious to see if Moore can hold up his end of the deal. I think he will fair well out there and take away any QUESTION as to him starting.

As for Banner, I hope like hell he is only out a short while as we need him. Chuckes will hold down that fort but Banner, if healthy will be an upgrade.

They have two weeks to game plan and incorperate a complete OL and have them take consistant snaps together. The time of testing and flirting with the peices is over so NAME the starters and lets get some gell going !

Salute the nation.

I think a couple guys might be slated for the short term IR including Allen and unfortunately Tuitt…. I hope that guy finds peace and gets healthy… Ray Seals was never the same after his Bro was murdered…

I understand what happened with Tuitt and it is all a mental thing at this point. There's no timetable on that for some.

With that said, they have to IR him. He hasn't practiced. He is not ready to play. Even if he started practicing this week, he needs several weeks to even think of being ready and then hope he doesn't get a nagging soft tissue injury. Dude looked fat and out of shape in the pictures that have shown of him, unlike his normal self who looks pretty good. I see no way around IR'ing him and keeping him out for the 6 to 8 weeks or whatever the requirement is and then go from there. If he's still not ready, then he may need IR'd for the entire season. He is no use to the team right now other than for some kind of moral support.

No idea what injury he has. But if a injury does exist they can IR him. I think it is a 3 to 4 week process now that you can pull him off.

Dulac said a knee injury from prior to camp which seems odd. How bad is the injury? Certainly can't be good and might require surgery if he has been doing nothing for several months now. With this new news, I am guessing he missed all or most of the season which will suck. He has missed big chunks of 2 or 3 seasons already in his career.
