Landry Jones starts again. Has done well in relief but didn't fare too well as a starter against K.C. Still think he can do enough to win this game. DW pitches in a lot to take some pressure off of LJ, but LJ still makes some throws too.

Stillers - 19

Browns - 13

Last week's results:

36 predictions were made. 26 of yinz picked the Stillers. 10 of yinz picked the Raidas.

Stillers win 38-35.

TDX27 had the Stillers winnin’ 34 -23 (off by 4 and 12 respectively - off by a total of 16.)

TDX 27 wins the week 9 prediction.

Salute the nation

Steelers. 20
Browns. 14

We struggle offensively with Landry but win in a turnover battle royale.

With Landry at QB and with Williams iffy, this is going to be a struggle. If this was at Cleveland, it would be their Super Bowl. At Pittsburgh, I think we win, barely. Pittsburgh 28, Browns 24.

Steelers 30
Browns 18

Men Of Steel ft. Pornstasche Jones 24

We get a key TO off my boy Johnny to seal it

edit: Just heard it will actually be McCown starting. ****

I've been horrible at these this year, so let's pick again!

Landry Jones and Tomlin's Temple of Doom - 16
Cleveland Runs - 9

McCown is the starter IF HEALTHY but he's not healthy so it may very well be Manziel at QB.

EDIT: McCown is scheduled to be a limited participant in practice on Wednesday.

After a must-win game vs. Oakland that left the Steelers on an emotional high ( Thnks to some recovered fumbles ) it would be a kick in the shorts to blow a home game the Browns.

It appears McCwon will start for the Browns, and he's a huge upgrade over Manziel.

On paper, the Steelers are better on both sides of the ball, but our ongoing history of playing down to the level of competition we are playing combined with Landry Jones I think means we will need to be on the plus side of the turnovers again to win.

Although I have been surprised at Landry Jones's play, I now believe there is enough game film on him to "take away " some of his favourite tendencies and better expose some of his flaws.

At 5-4 a win here would be huge. Another loss takes the team back to .500

My call:

Steelers:20
Browns 24

Hero for the Steelers: Williams

Goat for the Steelers L Jones ( Two turnovers ), and coaching who fails to adjust and has another bad day with clock management.

Trap Game
It's a Division and Conference must win.
Tomlin and Haley will combine to take a giant **** on Heinz Field.
They have history on their side.

With the talent on this team, even without Bell, Ben etc, we should win by a decent margin. If we can't and don't . . .well then i would say playing more than 16 games this year is not likely.

Dem Stillers-29
Dem Stains-9
