The only thing that matters is that Ryan Shazier is ok. Football is just a game. That's his life on the line right now. If you're a person of faith now is the time to say a prayer for his recovery.

It was nice to get the win, with all things considered, but the team very clearly had their heads and hearts elsewhere tonight. Understandably, and deservedly so. Hard to want to finish through that one. Hell, were all experiencing the same feelings, albeit on a different scale than his teammates and family. I just want to hear that the man is OK, and will be able to walk again. Prayers and good vibes sent to the whole Shazier family. All of Steeler Nation hopes to see him walk out of that hospital.

My ***** as always is how Burns plays, he does absolutely nothing on the field. How Tomlin can watch a tape and not see how week Burns play is is beyond me,, Tomlin had no trouble taking out Sensabaugh , which he deserved but Burns is a big shake of the head of why he was a number one pick

Im happy they won. I really gave up on the game. I really just was upset about Ryan. Not gonna analyze it. Great they won. Just hope Shazier is ok. Love the game. Really hate this part.
Not much from what I can remember. A lot of passes up the seams and to Sutton and Coty side of the field.

Coty was out there for both TDs, Sutton looked decent for his first action, his first two plays he was glued to Green

Started paying attention again after my Stillers scored a TD.
Got LIT THE @#$% UP AFTER JUJU SMITH @#$%ING SCHUSTER BLEW UP THAT MOTHER@#$%ER BIRTHDEFECT ON A COMPLETELY CLEAN AND LEGAL BLOCK.
How is that ******* block a ******* penalty?!?!?!?!??!

I'm gonna ***** about the hit Ju Ju laid on Burfict. I mean if you're going to hit the ****** like that, lay his *** out for a couple of games. I do like how Ju Ju is standing there with fists balled waiting for Burfict to get up and fight. Love this kid!

This game with make them better, and tougher, for the stretch drive. In fact, you could say:

Sooooo much this. Juju hardly has the history of birfdick and the Steelers, and you could just tell he put all he had into that one. In his little time with the team, he had heard enough about the ******, and put it all out there. Juju is far from being the biggest cat on the field, but you can damn well count on him to give all he has. As a teammate, how could you not immediately love this guy. He did to burfdick, what we always talk about happening to him, and tommy-boy; someone lighting them the **** up. Also, does anyone else feel that the bungholes played him getting carted off up? I truly hate to say that, but the dick went right after Juju's knee/ankle afterwards, and reportedly jumped out of the stretcher as soon as they got off the field and into the locker room. At worst, dude had a concussion.
JuJu is going to get a major fine for standing over him and taunting him. Even Tomlin said that was unacceptable. I wouldn't be surprised if Tomlin sits JuJu for part of the next game because of the taunting, especially after what happened to Shazier earlier in the game.
In response to sentiment like this, if I'm Mike Tomlin, I'd say: "19? Yeah, I've talked to 19 about the nature of his block and his actions subsequent to that block. That's just a young player who enjoys the game of football and the physical nature that it entails. We'll address the proper way to handle that block and reiterate to him that the extra-curricular stuff is not how we do things around here. As far as any penalties or fines resulting from that particular incident, we'll let the league handle that. That's just the nature of how things work. My focus is solely on the Patriot ..ummm, the Ravens, and in so far as 19 is available to us, I will use him to help this team reach it's ultimate goal."
