You felt this needed it's own thread did ya? Sure though you saw a good example of the D getting worn down at times yesterday. They are in the lab as we speak. So good things to come. (sarcasm meter at high level)

The Bills defense was on the field just as much as our was in the first half, the Bills defense didn't get worn down. Our defense had the entire halftime then gave up a TD drive on the very first drive had nothing to do with being tired. Not blaming the D, but they were fresh coming out of halftime and got smoked, and again Buffalo obviously made adjustments, everyone watching the game saw that late 1st half, as usual we did not, and the first drive showed that.
McDermott heading into the half, we have alot of adjustments to make.
Tomlin heading into halftime, we just need to make the plays.

Ben throwing that pick-six near the end of the first half was the single most deciding factor in this game. Not the defense.

2nd-and-5 near midfield with a minute on the clock and two timeouts left, you have every opportunity to go into halftime with at least a 4-point lead, maybe even 7, maybe even 10. You simply cannot hand the other team 6 points, the lead, and all the momentum in the world. Then they get the ball back with plenty of time (52 seconds) to still try to get a field goal, and they turtle up like they always do because Ben just threw an interception.

awesome start to your time here....misspelling in your first thread title.. unless you think the office has something to do with this game

no worries i'll fix it

.

I disagree. It was overcomeable (if thats a word) .. Our offense lack of abilty to put anything together was the most deciding factor. Not the defense.

How is an offense lacking the ability to put anything together going to overcome a pick-six? The point is, the Steelers were in control of the game late in the second quarter, and that play in particular exacerbated the struggles of the offense and deflated team morale heading into halftime. That's why it was the most deciding factor.

Well they rested at half time and the Bill's owned the third quarter. You earn rest by getting off the field which took coverage , pressure and tackling which we did not do
