I think our NORTH of the Border friends (Paul and others) have been singing this for years------------- so I don't know about your legal claim to rights.............

You may have been singing the Canadian National Anthem for years but I just came up with those words. I just joined SteelerNation and I have no idea who you or your friends are. Besides, in this electronic age, only a former senator would ever think of plagiarizing anything.

I believe Sask was just referring to recent lyrical changes in the Canadian Anthem

The government last altered the lyrics in 2018, when Parliament passed a bill to change "True patriot love in all thy sons command" to "True patriot love in all of us command."

and there is another in the works possibly

Yeah. True. We used to run the Bus on third and two or run Franco up the gut with Rocky Bleier leading to take out the first backer that tried to fill the hole. Now we often line up 5 wide. But national values should not change as often as the changing direction of the blowing wind. Go Steelers!
