Get a #1 CB, a guy who starts at RT tomorrow, an incredibly athletic, big, fast WR, and an ILBer who makes the defense better TODAY. Using the 2nd round pick on QB gives team a guy who could turn into a quality NFL starter but means DT and S not addressed. Team has a lot of holes. Also get a 4th rounder for 2023. Steelers, STOP trading away draft picks!

Get possibly the best RT in the draft and a #60 pick as compensation for moving down 7 spots. Muma an excellent ILB prospect, pretty good in coverage, excellent explosiveness. Pitre a CB at Baylor, could be a very good SS. 5'11", 198 lbs. so not nearly as big as Edmunds but a much better pass defender. Hall is a prototype Steelers DE. 6'6", 283 lbs. with room to grow, excellent first step, used to taking on double teams. Castro-Fields was not as productive for PSU as one would hope for a guy with that many tools, but cannot teach a CB to be 6'1", 200 lbs. and run a 40 in 4.40. Heighligh is a project but has a ton of tools. Good size, good routes, could be a contributor early on at Z, develop into a Y with his route-running, decent speed.

Like this draft a lot. I don't know much about Heighligh but regardless so many solid picks. Getting Jalen at 60 would be bargain shopping at it's best to pair with Penning. You will give Coolie a woody so you will have to maintain a safe interval. Yeah but yeah nice draft. I am ok with trading down under the right circumstances.

Really good CB and S to improve secondary. The base quartet of Elam, Witherspoon (damn well better sign him, gave up 5th rounder next year for him), Minkah and Pitre could be really, really good. I have not hidden my hope that Steelers solve the RT problem by getting a massive human being who is agile and swats away defenders like they are flies. Chenal experienced, talented, productive, and starts next to Bush. Heighligh an impressive route runner, decent size (6'2", 200 lbs.), really good hands. Hicks is an undersized LB and tackling machine - special teams.
