Define "modern NFL histrory" -- because most consider it since the merger in 1970, and the Steelers have more wins, higher winning percentage, more division titles, and more All Pros.

I suspect it will not be anywhere near that close. Pittsburgh Dad thinks so too, his quote about 1:38 into the video. Referees at about 2:00 into the video. Penguins at about 4:00.
