Ben was off. Getting his wrist clobbered in the 1st quarter certainly did not help. And yes, the offense diddle-farted around on several possessions, but the problem against the Aints was that the defense was simply awful. Good heavens, man, 0 sacks, no picks, no pass pressure, no coverage and gave up 5 consecutive TD's, most on long drives??

The defense was just awful. Horrible, putrid, nauseating, bile-inducing, stomach-churning awful.

****** NFL man. It's kinda plain to see what's happening. Carolina is horrendous. Of course they beat NO.

HOw in the **** does it happen week in and week out. NO sucks so of course we lose, then stomp the **** out of Cincy.

Bad thing is, Atlanta sucks .

Tomlin and Haley missed the Rats-Saints game and wanted to showcase Ben as an equal "elite" QB like Brees. The Rats ran on NO so Tomlin put the game in an air attack that allowed Brees to possess the football and have his way with a decrepit Steelers pass rush/ pass defense.
That Tomlin is a wily one!
