New England 10-6 I think age will make this team mortal. The chemistry is not as good as it used to be either. If only their division wasn't so f'n easy
Buffalo 9- 7 Someone has to come in second in the AFC East
NY Jets 6- 10 Bad offense. Okay defense
Miami 6-10 Terrible skills players.

Pittsburgh 11- 5 I like our chances for the #1 seed of the playoffs. Defense should be better by November
Baltimore 9 -7 Dirty Ravens are still decent enough
Cincinnati 7-9 Going no where fast
Cleveland 3- 13 Not bad for their standards. This team is 1-31 in their last 32 games

Jacksonville 10-6 A powerful defense and rushing attack
Houston 10- 6 If Watson and Watt can stay healthy.
Tennessee 6-10 - A punch less team on offense.
Indianapolis 5-11 - A mess on defense. Is Luck really healthy?

LA Chargers 10- 6 They tend to come on late
Kansas City 9- 7 I think Mahomes will have growing pains
Oakland 7- 9 They'd better keep Mack
Denver 6-10 - Lacking a QB

Philadelphia 10- 6 I like the coaching and chemistry here.
NY Giants 9-7 Offense should be much improved
Dallas 8- 8 Prescott is over rated. Questions at WR/TE and DB..
Washington DC 6-10 The loss of Cousins will take them down a peg

Minnesota 10-6 -Solid across the board
Green Bay 10-6 - 1-2 impact defenders away from being really dangerous.
Detroit 7-9 lots of points for and against with these guys
Chicago 5-11 Offense is not good enough

New Orleans 10-6 Drew Brees might have a star RB in Kamara
Carolina 9-7 A good team in a tough division
Atlanta 9-7. Offense is good, defense no so much
Tampa Bay 6-10 Winston is too mistake prone, and the talent around him just not good enough

LA Rams 12-4 Offense, and defense look good, a good core of young players.
San Francisco 9-7 This team won a lot of games in a row with Jimmy at QB
Seattle 7-9 Falling apart. Aw, too bad
Arizona 5- 11 - Not very talented.

Steelers win 15 this year with the only loss coming to the Browns in week one, BTW the Browns will finish 500 or better.
Pats won't win the division Bills will have that honor, Pats will be the 6th seed
Texans win their Divison, Jags are the 5th seed
Chargers will surprise this year and take the two seed

NFC
who cares, Philly will see another SB only this time it will be a loss to the best team in PA

You have the Steelers with the best record in the NFL at 11-5? I think a couple teams will do better than that.

My thinking as well. Has there ever been an NFL season where the best record was 11-5?

Not that I can recall. I've seen some 12-4's as the best overall record. There probably will be a 12-4 or better team this year. I'm going to edit the prediction before the season starts.

26 of the 32 teams +/- 2 games of a .500 record.... playing it safe or prognosticating parity?

I think you guys are smoking crack if you think the Bills will win their division. They have mr. interception (peterman) or a rookie who got crushed in the last game at QB. Their receivers are ???? Benjamin could be good depends what kinda shape he is in. Their D should be OK, but dont see enough offense out of them. The pats may slip up a bit, but I could still see them going 11-5 easily.

We could go 13-3 too I think bens been kinda been bottled up the last couple seasons he could really catch a fire and ripped the nfl a new one... bets line in front of him ever, great running game requardless who’s back there, hof’er in brown and young Turks in juju and Washington.... bens in a good spot to take us all the way and seal his bid for first ballet hof.... go steeeeeelerrsssss!!!!

Thanks for the post, but I kinda thinl that is way too much parity in your predictions. I think the Browns will beat out the Bengals.....

You got the Pats about right, but IMO you are off with the Steelers.....

13-3 with a Souper Bool Party

Our schedule is very tough. Look a the records of the NFC west teams we play.

We also won a lot of close games last year.

Actually our strength of schedule is tied for 25th. And our games are against the NFC South.

Last year was last year. So what we won a lot of close games last year. That was last year. Has no meaning this year.

Right the NFC South. New Orleans, Carolina, and Atlanta. Check their records last year. Two of these teams are good passing teams.

I think last year means something. If you took out the 0-16 Browns, I wonder where our strength of schedule would rate.

I see parity this year.

Our record will depend on the defense we actually get come game one. The offense has a lot of power but if the offense continues to go as last year 85-90 yards from poor field position, we will lose some games we shouldn't. As for the last few years the IF factor on defense will be what we watch for.

Barring another Wentz injury, I could see Philly going 14-2. That division is worse than the AFC East IMO, and they are still loaded with talent.

Pats will be at least 11-5. Another bad division for sure.

Steelers should win at least 11 games. I think Cincinnati will be the strongest contender. Cleveland will improve better. The Ravens are fading.
