The ol needs Banner in and Chukes moved to LT or out as he can get no push its time Banner gets in as he can drive defenders forward until Dotson is back you are stuck with JC or Finney at LG
As for the D Maulet needs to be out for Layne, leaving to the biggest area the DL if you don't have Tuitt you cant run just 2 DL and the 2-4-5 or whatever we have been running you got to play Buggs Wormley is very poor vs the run, Henry is more of a pass rusher but vs the run, he has been getting washed like a rag roll I think until Tuitt is back in you have to try 3-3-5 or 4-3-4

If you go 3-3-5 you go should go solid and move Watt closer on the edge, and your heavy on the DL Heyward Buggs Wormley in a solid stance crash in push the OL have Bush blitz up the A gap 93 in coverage.
Or 4-3-4 use Minkak as a CB/S
De watt Dt heyward DT Buggs De Highsmith MLB Bush LB Schobert hybrid Edmunds SS/slot DB Cb haden Cb Sutton rover Minkah

Carlos Davis needs to dress as well as play Buggs because just Heyward and Wormley Cam get doubled Wormley got abused.

Stack the box Bush should be the spy on Lamar.
As far as ben needs some pa use an unbalanced OL Chukes extra OL on the edge 2 WR Chase n DJ Muth Harris.
Mcfarland must be used for screens.
Butler has to see the guys vs the run aside from Cam he cant count on them time play Buggs and Davis and see if they can stabilize the war on the L.O.S.
The biggest keys Buggs and Davis need to be in the DL rotation, Chukes is a finesse LT who is doing nothing good in the run game at RT. I don't think even for a game he would be an upgrade at LG.

The O Line definitely needs an overhaul. We have a great young RB who can't find one inch of space to run because they are getting dominated at the LOS.

On the D Line I feel really bad for Heyward. He's doing everything he can but the other positions aren't doing their part, not to mention the guy behind them (Bush) looks bad. And we already know that Spillane isn't the long term answer either. I wouldn't have imagined that ILB would be such a high priority again this soon.

Bush does have the watching part down, it’s the doing something that needs work.

I wouldn't move Chuks to LT in place of Moore unless it's just for a game to give Moore a breather from the rookie wall. Moore is better. Chuks is a continued failure at LT in his 4th year. He is not an improvement on Moore and will not be playing there ahead of Moore in the future. I would try Banner and maybe another guy but who the heck do we really have left. Other than Banner in for Chuks, we may not have any other options.

We have minimal options at the D-line but they need to rush 4 guys on every down and blitz occasionally. Somehow, I think they need to limit what Bush is responsible for so maybe he can focus on that. Bush needs to take Shazier's advice and bury his head in the playbook to take his mind off of his knee and make sure he knows not only his position but everyone else's position. This really is something he should already have been doing but whatever he is currently doing, kick it up to notches unknown. If it doesn't help him this year, it will help him next year which may be his last year in a Steelers uniform if he doesn't improve dramatically.

I think I'd sit Green for a little...start Finney. Center is his best position, is it not? Heck, maybe even have Green get some practice time at guard.

Coach Tomlin's "big" changes will not evolve to what most say here. Banner, if ready will be the ONLY change on OL this late in the season. Until we have better DL WE WILL SEE MINIMAL CHANGE, will just be moving low caliber players from one spot to the next. Bush will be active and playing.

Not trying to be a downer but there is no "miracle" player sitting on the bench, Banner & Tuitt inclusive (why is it taking so long for either to crack the starting line up) ?

No matter what I want our steelers to scucceed but I'm afraid we don't have the horses and worse yet the Coaching to execute what's needed.

I see what you did there. and make him eat some of those magical growing beans. maybe he'll hit puberty in 2030 and we'll have a viable Center then.

If Tomlin is promising "Big Changes" that means he's ******* freaking out about his precious "non-losing season" and he's desperate to do ANYTHING to get 3 more wins.

So what if they play a mad game and win(which I doubt). I have said it before. This team wants to win without putting in the hard work. Tomlin is not capable of keeping any team focused to play at a high level every week. They only play when their backs are against the wall. Whatever high intensity they bring this week will be short lived. That is why you see an everage team year end and year out. They only play, just to keep pressure off of them. They do not handle success well at all. It comes from the head coach...

He is not listed as small as you guys make him out to be. He is listed at 6'4" 315. I know they inflate those things a bit, but some here make it sound like he's a midget or something.

I think it is more asking him to play center at the NFL level after really not doing it much in college. I think he will be much better next year...him and Moore. Give them a chance. Guys like Okorafor and Turner who have been at this for a while, ****, rip them.

We’re going into December football. He’s unleashing hell

Yeap, it's a matter of lack of experience at the position plus man strength for the NFL level

that dude is not 6'4". He was almost 6'2" before the draft.

somehow he grew since he was 6'2" at the combine

at the combine he was 305. Sure, he can gain weight, but still ... look at the dude Sunday. Trai Turner is listed as 6'3". Green is visibly shorter than Turner. and Turner is a ******* turnstile.

There is literally nothing this team can do other than start a new QB that would qualify as big.

They can't change the DL because all of the backups are already playing. Spillane is hurt so you can't bench Bush. There is no depth at wide receiver. I suppose you can change the offensive line, however at this point you've stuck with the rookies for this long, mine as well ride it out.

Saw that guy squat around 800lbs in his little pre-draft tape. So either fake plates or he just has a lot to learn. He may also just suck at the position. He's a rookie.

Man I remember when it normally took years for rookies to crack the lineup. Mostly on the Steelers defense until you got your degree from LeBeau school.

If they pull it together and actually win then credit players and coaches. I would love for this to happen but I see to big of a hill given our predictable scheme on both sides of the ball.

Plus we don't capitalize going for it on 4th down whereas Hairball does.

Move the defensive line to offense and vice-versa. That's the ticket.
