More proof this is a no D league

Scrub quarterbacks should not be putting up elite numbers. I've already seen more long touchdown passes today than you should see in a week of NFL action. When it happens all of the time it is no longer exciting.

Trubisky making Ben look like a turd - bucs defense stinks

I'm watching Eagles/Titans. In addition to legislating the D away, the refs are calling penalties that can only be described as random.

I just watched Wentz get blasted on a slide. No penalty.

Three previous plays? Penalties.

Unfuckingwatchable.

Just a crap watered down product. The value of yards gained and tds is cheap. The refs running the whole **** show is cheap. ...and it's boring. Well minus the steeler games we draw the high stress, high blood pressure cards.

I guess we umm.....softened the Bucs up. Chi. 45-3 in the 3rd.

I think the rules can only explain so much of it.

The refs/regulations are not causing defenses to leave guys uncovered 20+ yards downfield at the rate we're seeing.

There is just a lot of ****** secondary play in the league right now.

I don't know in that situation it was pretty iffy and a tie is better than a loss.

I can see it both ways, but the Texans still needed to make a play to get into FG range.

Had Reich went for from his own 20 or something, it would have been stupid, but at around midfield with time running out in OT, I cannot really criticize him for trying to win the game.

The product the NFL has evolved into now has practically taken two aspects of the game completely out of the equation.

Special Teams & Defense!

The game is all offense and it's really a difficult product to watch as far as I'm concerned!

They took a lot of excitement out of the game by taking out defense and special teams.

I saw a 70-yard touchdown pass and five years ago, I'd be out of my mind excited for that type of play. Now it seems like you see 3-4 of those per window of games. The NFL successfully took the excitement away from the big plays. It's just too easy for even the bad players to achieve.
