The Eagles are $45M over the cap come 2019? WOW!

I can't see the Steelers offering more than $14M per to Bell. The fact they increased their offer from last year and if he still don't agree by 4pm, I say "Good Luck, LB, hope you get paid somewhere else next year".

Jets and Colts are most especially interested in how this goes. Both need a RB and both have a lot of cap space next season.
Detroit is a dark horse, as they would be the "hometown" team but don't have as much cap space. They could front-load a contract, though.

Not only do the Jets have a ton of cap space, but they'll have a second-year quarterback and would love to have a star free-agent to market to their fans.
