Spike still pissed about censorship

The most non news ever. Mitchell says what everyone is supposed to say; still will be jackass on field by celebrating tackles that opponent gets a first down on.

Unlike his first year in Pgh, he actually produced a little last year. But....he doesn't seem to be very aware about some things. Hopefully, he will keep getting better all around.

Says the guy who started a thread about former Pat Heath Evans being strong on a Steelers board. That sir, is the most non news ever

36 reps of 225 from a retired RB is news. Can you grasp how strong that is? Do you have any idea? What's the most reps you ever got at 225?

Awwww, I have a pet. (pats Coolie on head). Why so much anger? Why do you have to follow me everywhere and derail every thread?

Let's work on this, together. We are all brothers, after all.

You act like he broke some kind of world record lol He was a pro athlete the fact he can bench press 225 pounds a bunch of time has no relevance to me.

You think 36 reps is impressive? Try 210 in one workout

36 reps is very impressive, as it was more than all other players, even lineman. And Heath has been retired for years. If you don't thnk 36 reps of 225 is impressive, you've never seen the inside of a gym.
