No offense Justin, but a sure fire Number one TE on any team??? You might want to edit that. Macdonald seems like a good team mate and a good fit on this team (he is a willing blocker and isn't too concenred with personal stats, but I can probably name at least 10-15 teams where he wouldn't sniff #1

He's a #1 tight end in the NFL. I didn't say he should start over Kittle or something.

I originally felt that and hell I like the guy. But he seems like he lost a little through the injuries. I think at this point he is a good complementary how much more than that I question...

I mean for me he is what many consider Juju a good plan B.

Not to be a dink because you seem like a good dude buuuuuuuuuuuuut " He’s a sure fire #1 tight end for any team in the NFL."

I don't think just under 2k yards and 15TD over a 7 year career is starting for even half the teams in the NFL. He is good glue. He has some skill set and grit. But he is a bit of a band aid and at best he is solid as a target.

You're entitled to your opinion. No one thought he wasn't a solid #1 tight end in 2018. One year without a QB will make everyone look bad.

He has had some #1 TE plays but hasn't been consistent enough currently. He is a GREAT #2 and we are fortunate to have him and with EBRON's taking some of the load off him he should stay healthy the whole season. That is the bottom line is contributing to the team overall function, not the designation of a #1 or a #2.

Thanks for the write up Justin
