Can someone clarify why McClain from the Cowboys got 10 after serving 4 games last year and Bryant gets the full year. Is this a different reset after McClain got a year already or what? Obviously this has to do with protocol, but does seem odd.

I think Bryant's skipped test resulted in a bigger punishment.
He failed/didn't show up for multiple tests this of season.
