assume we trade AB for picks next year, other than that you know the rules...

https://www.drafttek.com/2019-NFL-Mock-Draft-Round1b.asp

20. N'Kealh Harry (WR) - obvious need. Brings great size, speed and strength. Gives Ben two good sized WRs in Juju and N'Keal.
52. Devin Bush (LB) - another obvious need, but brings playmaking ability unlike who we have now
83. Joejuan Williams (CB) 6'2" CB, hell yes
115. Terrill Hanks (OLB) - slightly undersized, but is productive
162. Jamel Dean (CB) - double dipping in the CB pool since we need playmakers in the secondary
178. David Sills (WR) - another tall WR target for Ben
195. Dakota Allen (ILB)

I think if you are picking for now you take a wr. But I honestly believe then you are picking to try to make the playoffs in 2020-2021. If you are picking for the long term good of the franchise you have to go defense.

We need DB help now. ILB and WR are the next greatest needs and then a replacement for Foster at OG!

I think Finney is the front runner to replace Ramon if he leaves. Feiler may have a shot too if Gilbert is kept.

This game is too easy. Tell them they should add a trade option for Brown in exchange for more draft picks. :)

I made a BIG TRADE in this one...jumped up to #8 to get Big Dan's replacement and someone to push Mr. Gravedigger...

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 8 (DET): Williams, Quinnen, DT, Alabama (A+) - say hello to our run stopping game again. If you think we lead the league in sacks w/o him - imagine the pressure with him!!!
Round 3 Pick 15 (ATL): Walker, D'Andre, OLB, Georgia (A) - Waaaayy better than Uncle Jarvis and he should be able to replace Bud Dupree by Day 1.
Round 4 Pick 5 (T.B.): Hodge, Kalhil, ILB, Buffalo (A+) - meh, I missed on Mack Wilson but this kid has the traits and size we need inside.
Round 4 Pick 8 (CINN): Butler, Hakeem, WR, Iowa State (A+) - big WR w/ speed
Round 4 Pick 15 (ATL): Denis, Lukas, FS, Boston College (A+) - Mr. Ball Hawk
Round 4 Pick 20: Smith, Kaden, TE, Stanford (A+) - someone to push Grimble
Round 5 Pick 7 (T.B.): Long, David, CB, Michigan (A+) - my sleeper pick at DB. Like his game A LOT!!!
Round 6 Pick 13 (ATL): Moss, Zack, RB, Utah (A+) - some compare him to Zeke Elliott...hmmm???
Round 6 Pick 19: Ledbetter, Jonathan, DE, Georgia (A+) - Need help outside. Value pick here.
Round 7 Pick 5: Renfrow, Hunter, WR, Clemson (A+) - Tooooo much value here to pass up the next superstar slot WR...

Traded down with Indy to get another 2nd rounder...

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 26 (IND): Baker, Deandre, CB, Georgia (A)
Round 2 Pick 20: Hodge, Kalhil, ILB, Buffalo (B)
Round 2 Pick 27 (IND): Ridley, Riley, WR, Georgia (A-)
Round 3 Pick 19: Hanks, Terrill, OLB, New Mexico State (B+)
Round 4 Pick 20: Dean, Jamel, CB, Auburn (A)
Round 6 Pick 2: Huggins, Albert, DT, Clemson (A+)
Round 6 Pick 19: Pollard, Tony, WR/RB, Memphis (A+)
Round 7 Pick 5: Renfrow, Hunter, WR, Clemson (A+)

Did a ton of those First-Pick drafts. But, if we end up with 2 1st round picks, we damn well better be looking D with both of them. Go best ILB and CB as they are our 2 biggest needs hands down. Take a WR in Rd. 2 as there isn't really much Rd. 1 talent this year at WR.

Now, if we somehow get a Rd. 1 pick higher than our current pick, which I doubt, I can see going BPA that is a bonified game changer on D or even a skill position.

If it were me, though, I'd still be looking for the best NT in the game to stuff the middle of the field on all downs. That will open up everyone else to do their thing. But, apparently no one in the NFL plays that way anymore.

if we can leave the draft with Jamel Dean, I'll be happy
