Two QB's who made a huge jump from rookies to year two pro's are Wentz and Goff.
For my money take Russell Wilson. He has developed pocket skills and when the game is on tge line he runs but if you just sell out to his run he will use mobility to make a big play with his arm.Neither of your examples were running QBs learning to develop pocket skills.
They were more so just learning their schemes.
