Making Dupree worth something...?

Seems like there aren't nearly enough plays where 48 makes a difference. Seems almost worthless to me. Is it possible that with his size and speed that maybe he might be able to slow down Gronk and become an asset instead of just taking up space at least when we play the Pats?

Gronk should be getting hammered every play he is wide. where in the hell is buddy Ryan when you need him? I’d have two defenders on him when he is out wide one him high one hit him low jam8ng him like it’s a kick off! No way would he be coming off the line clean on short yardage when he is out wide. he’s just grabbing ppl and rag dolling them. We have had years to get someone to try and match up on gronk we just haven’t. Seattle matches up on him with a safety that’s 6-3 230. We get safeties that suit the game as it was played a dacade ago. The game has changed. where’s Mel Blount when you need him. Oh that’s right they changed the rules so guys like Mel couldn’t man handle receivers so now we got the gronk out there 6-6 290 playing wide receiver... who’s going to cover him? BRING BACK MEL!
