So Arizona is heading to Pittsburgh and it seems many here do not think the Steelers have much of a chance?

so they are 4-1 with wins over the mighty Bears, 49ers, Lions and Saints....with a loss to the powerhouse Rams......

yep real ******* impressive. Their record is a direct reflection of the **** teams they have played.

If the defense can get pressure and Bell can run well and if vick manages to not throw the ball to open defenders......then I see no reason the Steelers don't take the win Sunday

IF my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle.

You'll have be the one who checks, just to be sure. I bet YAZ could. Get br*dy to check for you as long as there is'nt a inflation/deflation issue. Lol

Reality is in coolieman' statement. Who have they played? We are at home, big advantage us. Vick gets another week at being the "man". Our "D" needs another step up game, which I think they are very capable of. Arians and OMAR fall near same coaching catagory, small edge AZ. We have biger weapons on offense, minus QB. I see the STEELERS with a win, plain and simple. Who are they.

Salute the nation

There are two things about this game that are going to be very interesting. First, Martavis Bryant. If he is healthy and can play, it's a HUGE addition to this offense. It will help free up Brown, he fits into what Vick does best, and he is a much more complete receiver than he was last year.

Second is protecting the ball. The Cardinals forced SIX turnovers this last game and lead the league in INT's at 11. Now they have forced 9 fumbles, but have only recovered 2 of those. Simply protecting the ball will put them in a situation they are not used to being in this year. It's the exact situation the Rams put them in. They lost the turnover battle, Palmer was sacked 4 times, and their redzone efficiency was 20%. We will need a game like that on Sunday.

I think we can pressure Palmer easily, and we all know how he gets when he gets pressured. It's all on Vick to protect the ball. Protect the ball, and we should win easily (maybe not big, but easily).

The Cardinals have a plus 100 point differential through just five games, which is just ridiculous in the NFL, regardless of whom your opponents are.

It's not really a fluke either, as they are 23-8 with Palmer starting at QB over the past three seasons.

The Rams were able to beat them by exploiting their suspect run defense and pressuring Palmer into some turnovers. The Steelers appear to have the personnel to do those things, but despite all his flaws, Nick Foles is a better QB than Vick.

Seeing how the Steelers defense performed against a good offense in the Chargers, I feel a bit better about this matchup than I did a week ago, but I'd still be surprised if the Steelers win. One or two INTs from Vick and it gets ugly quick.

I think the turnover battle will decide it. Our defense needs to be aggressive and get sacks, fumbles, and INTs. And Vick absolutely MUST protect the ball. If he can complete more than 50% with 0 INTs, we win

The Cardinals are for real despite their opponents and their 4-1 record. They have done what good teams should do to a crap team...throttle them on the field. The loss to the Rams is typical for a divisional opponent and the Rams D is very good!

I hope Arians is still dumb enuff to allow Noodle Knee Palmer to take 5 & 7 step drops that practically got Ben killed here in the Burgh!

I like the matchup on Defense for the Steelers but the Cards Defense is going to be very difficult for a Vick led offense!

I see a low scoring game here! A win would be huge for us to put us at 4-2 with Ben possibly coming back for the Chiefs game.

So check this out. If it's been posted then sorry for the double push of regurgitated info.
If you think it's odd to see AZ in Pittsburgh, you're not crazy. The (now) AZ Cardinals have only been to Heinz once, 2003 (Pitt 28-15). Before that , was in 1985 as ST Louis (Pitt 23-10).. The time before that? 1969! (Cards 27-14). Since '69, they've met 10x, w/Steel winning 7. I think that's crazy that they've only been to Pitt once as the AZ franchise.

Apparently Martavis said this morning that he will be a full participant in practice today. Fingers crossed that is true.

Toking up on the good **** early, I see.

This was going to be a tough game even with Roethlisberger. With Vick, it's going to be a struggle.

Guess you're buying the AZ hype then...Look at their stats, watch them play, they rely on turnovers, creating short fields for their offense. The one game where they didn't force a turnover? They lost. They are San Diego with an easy schedule...

It's funny to watch people ***** about the Cardinals record after the Steelers have played SF, Rams, Rats, NE, and SD. Only NE is worth a **** and they lost that game even with Ben and a very good running game. They also lost to the rats and scored 9 points against the rams with Ben and Bell. I guess it only counts a bad team when other teams play them?

BTW what does the Steeler defense rely on? Yup, they lose to SD with out a pic 6. The Steeler defense gave up over 400 yards to SD (who doesn't even have an OL and were missing their #1 WR). IF they don't get TOs they are done. The one game the Steelers didn't force a TO they lost.

Easy there Puppit! Seriously though, the Cards are not a bad football team and Carson has been pretty damn efficient. Vick as someone mentioned will have to do a better job of execution and protecting the ball against the likes of Pat Peterson who is a whole lot better than the mudhens that the Bolts haved in their secondary. Also as another mentioned earlier, if Bryant plays that will go a long way in expanding this offense and be a huge aid to Vick. I think it will be a good game and most definately a winnable one for the Steelers but Vick has got to play smarter and protect the ball and not turn it over. Yes then I think we can win this one.

Please tell me who you think SD's #1 WR happens to be. Stevie Johnson??? They had Keenan Allen and Floyd.

1st- The Pats arent just a team to give a **** about. They are arguably the best team in the entire NFL
2nd- The Chargers are easily better than any opponent AZ has faced.
3rd- We managed to beat the Rams, unlike AZ, on the road and with our starting QB out for half the game

Not saying that we walk away with an easy W- but their schedule has been a cakewalk

Palmer sucked when he played us in the past. Let's hope that trend continues or it will be a long game for us.

1st- Yet everybody on here says their defense isn't that good, Brady just dumps the ball etc... Now they are the best team in football? Make up your mind. Did you pick the Steelers to win that game? Do you like our chances going back?

2nd- SD sucks ***. Their entire OL was reshuffled because of injuries.

3rd- He wasn't out half the game. He got hurt with 5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. They'd scored 9 points up to that point.

And ours has been as well except for NE.

Also since they are playing us and we are playing them this week I guess they are playing a better opponent and have a tougher game?

I was about to say this very thing...

So you weren't going to respond to what I wrote, you were just going to question the WR? ok. What about the rest of it? What about the Steelers defense not winning a game without a TO? I guess that only works for AZ right? Oh, you just didn't look at the stats, you just spouted off without thinking?

Since our team couldn't buy a TO the last couple seasons, I'm fine with getting them this year. TOs are key to win in the NFL now. You can't play physical, so you have to get TOs. Dammit if Arizona didn't get Honey Badger in the 3d. Our secondary would be in great shape if we had him. That kid is a ball hawk.
