Once more all young qbs have rotten games and holes in their games....

Tom Brady had a popgun arm coming out of college... it was a knock on drew brees as well... they thought Rodgers would never be able to read nfl defenses, which is why he fell to green bay...
Brady, in his first few years, played as sheltered an offense as you can get. Brees was thought to be headed for bustdom after his third year so they drafted eli and traded him for Rivers... Rodgers sat for years behind Favre before he was ready...

These kids are not doing bad by nfl first time starter standards... they aren’t... this staff is trying to rush them because they are in nfl playoff contention... but if that was the goal you bring in a vet... if you want to develop these guys you let them play and coach up their shortcomings...
