LOL Joey Porter rule LOL

So running onto the field to throw the red flag or call a timeout will be a penalty?

Only applies to an injured player if that's your question.

Plus only the head coach can throw the red flag -- not the assistant coaches ..

For every problem the NFL tries to solve, it creates another that will make them look equally stupid. Deal with people who really cause the problems. If Joey Porter instigated that skirmish which he didn't then he should be suspended. There were three refs standing there. They know what was said. The whole thing started when **** for brains put his hand on AB which he had no business doing and the Steelers old man trainer reacted, He had a right to be there. So now if a coach leaves the bench because his player looks like he might have a catastrophic injury, you are going to flag him. Boy that will look grand.

Was referring to this quote from the article: "The rule reinforces that only head coaches are allowed on the field during games, and that is solely for the purpose of monitoring injured players." I imagine they were probably referring to injuries, but it's kind of poorly written.

Mel Blount rule
Hines Ward rule
Joey Porter rule
Any other Steeler rules that I'm forgetting?

James Harrison Rule (Thou Shalt Not Hitteth a Receiver Coming over the Middlith until the Receiver hath curled into a fetal position oneth the Ground, Furthermore thou Shalt Not Putteth a QB oneth the Ground in an angry or hostile fashion unless that QB is very large and not named Brady or Manning.)

As we all know, The rules depend on what Roger Goodell says. He's the judge, jury, and executioner.

Ryan Shazier rule: You can no longer lead with the helmet from an angle. Does away with the "lining the runner up" part of the old rule.

The von olhoffen rule no touching the qb below the knee or waist or if it is marsha no touching
