I love the Steelers but the Shazier hit on Kizer was cheap and I can easily see him losing at least a game because of it. When Goodell slapped the 3 gamer on Burfict for his continued nonsense, he is probably forced to act on Shazier as well. Hope I am wrong but it's coming....watch.

No chance. Hasn't even been discussed. Maybe a fine but he hit him in the chest from what I remember

No, it wasn't cheap or dirty. Kizer slid so damn late that the hit and the slide happened pretty much simultaneously. I'm sure Shazier had already launched himself for the hhit by the time Kizer went down. That is a rookie needing to learn he has to get down earlier to avoid getting hit like that in the future.

I was real upset about all the personal foul calls, including this one on Shazier, along with Gay's hit on WR on the sideline and TJ Watt basically landing on his own guy in the backfield that drew a flag.

The pussification of the league is well under way. They are hell bent to change the sport we know and love.

SHAZ hasn't even come close to the ****-head BIRTHDEFECT's body of work and intent. PLEASE don't even catagorize Shazier with that tool. EVERYONE is correct in the pussification of the NZFL but it just didn't start happening yesterday. It started a long time ago when a spy tape was destroyed and aftermath swept under the rug. The hard line SUSPENTION of Ben, the fining of JAMES HARRISON... Just to name a few. What's the common denominator here????? Yes you guessed it as it is the "rog".

Salute the nation

Roger can and will suspend anyone and IMO has an ax to grind against the Steelers.

The Steelers were the only one of the 32 teams to vote against the CBA. They felt the new deal continued to give NFL commissioner Roger Goodell too much leeway as judge, jury and executioner over the player conduct policy.

The Steelers had experienced that unchecked power when Goodell unilaterally suspended Ben Roethlisberger for four games to start the 2010 season, even though he was never charged with a crime. Also fresh in their minds were the $150,000 in fines the NFL issued to linebacker James Harrison in 2010, although those were for actions on the field, not off.

While every man should be his own case, Roger knows using the Steelers as an example makes more waves than say the Jaguars.

So Shazier uses up a strike here, and if he does it again, could be tossed.
