Josh Mauro signed by the Cardinals

Cam Thomas FTW........

I wonder if during weekly meetings, the Cardinals front office has dedicated hour-blocks to anything and everything "Pittsburgh", with the lion's share of their scouting assets focused on the Steeler franchise, lol.

I remember when Colbert came to Pittsburgh. How many Lions players did he bring in? Just works that way in the NFL when you know an organization and the players.

I thought the same thing, now I'm wondering if the lions would want Colbert back?

I'm sure I have to be missing many more, but honestly, the only one comes to mind right now is Hartings...who else came over from Detroit after we brought in Colbert?

Larry Foote.........................

I like the kid but he likely wouldn't play for a couple years.

No he was with the Steelers after Colbert and before the Lions

Yes, but didn't he go to the lions, for a year or two, then come back FROM THE LIONS? I know salt n pepper or pepper n salt, just saying and messing with yaz.

Colbert brought in Larry Tharpe, Hartings, Charlie Batch, and Clint Kriewaldt. I think there were some more but they didn't make the team.

And Travis Kirschke and Barrett Brooks who were on the Lions when Colbert was with them. And then these guys who were Lions after he left: Chidi Iwuoma, Fernando Bryant, Sean McHugh, Shaun McDonald. And maybe there were more that didn't make final rosters, not sure about that.

And Tomlin did the same with some Vikings, like Mewelde Moore and Tyrone Carter.

can we trade Colbert for that whatshisname flashinthepan Megatron dude?

Seams like he is always hurt or something, but Colbert has his miscues also. Fair trade

The Lions were pretty stacked back then, no wonder we wanted Colbert

I would rather trade Tomlin to the Vikes and see if we can get draft picks for him, and a one armed Blind **** flinging monkey.

This sucks. Mauro looked good. He needs to hit the weight room but I think he would have made the team next year.

Would rather have kept a guy with good upside than an older veteran who shouldn't see the field.

Dude........ If one armed **** flinging monkeys, blind or not, are needed then I've got em. I've had the market cornered for a long time now. Minnesota's are actually on contract from me........ The "bruce" did many things here, good and bad. One thing, good for me, was The amount of rental business, of my monkeys, he'd done.
