Probably barely under. They had to make moves just to tag Bud. They were 2 million over and then you add Bud's $15 million so they had to find $17 million.

Until they restructure or extend a big contract like Ben/ tuitt /Heyward the team won't be able to sign anyone else. We probably are just under the cap right now
